Thank You!

Some workouts seem to last an eternity, some fly by in a matter of seconds or minutes. The same can be said of life. It’s hard to take a step back and appreciate the moment a lot of the time. We become so consumed with what we did or didn’t do, or what we need or want to do that we forget what we currently have.

With this, we want to take a second to write to all of you, our members, and express our true gratitude for allowing us into your life’s and letting us be a part of your journey.

As stated above, it’s hard for us to always appreciate what we do, but we genuinely believe we are the luckiest coaches and owners to be able to get to do what we do every day. To work with people who genuinely care about their health and fitness, and not only that, care about each other’s health and fitness as well.

No matter where we are at on our fitness journey, walking through these doors every day is a win. Putting down the soda is a win. Committing to improvement is a win. You are a community of amazing people, from all different backgrounds, who come together for a common goal. You do not settle for the status quo. To be a CrossFitter, no matter where you are at, is to be well above the societal norm. You are winning!

As a gym, as coaches and owners, we will continue to grow, develop, and learn in order to help you on your journey. We hope you know that we are here to help no matter what the situation. Health and fitness-related or not. You are our family, and a family looks after one another. We truly thank each of you from the bottom of our hearts for all the laughter, joy, hard work, and friendship you bring into the gym each and every day. You have enriched our lives and give us purpose.
