what is CFB weightlifting?
CFB weightlifting combines all the elements of weightlifting used in CrossFit to increase technique, confidence, capacity, and strength.
What do we do?
CFB Weightlifting uses barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and odd objects to perform a variety of lifts. These lifts include, but are not limited to the Olympic lift variations, deadlifts, presses, squats, swings, and carries.
Who is it for?
CFB Weightlifting is for anyone who wishes to improve technique, strength, and capacity in weightlifting. Whether brand new to weightlifting or a seasoned pro, we focus on a solid base of technique and build upon strength and capacity with percentage work and scaling weights to keep the main focus of the session for everyone.
When is CFB weightlifting?
CFB Weightlifting meets every Saturday morning at 8:30am until 10:00am.
This is an intensive 90 minute session that includes technique/strength work, along with a weightlifting conditioning piece.
