Every Sunday we offer a 1 hour Yoga class for all members and non-members to come and enjoy, learn new skills, and improve your mobility and flexibility. The class will take place at CrossFit Bearden (unless otherwise specified) at 11:00am-12:00pm
Our yoga class is free to all members (including punch card holders) and is just $5 to any non-member wanting to come and take advantage of it. There will also be a 'Karma Jar' for any individual wishing to make a donation. This donation will go towards acquiring new equipment to benefit the yoga class along with donating the proceeds to various charities and organizations.
The class will be lead by Tracie Curtright, who is a qualified yoga instructor from the Yoga Alliance with an RYT-200. Traci brings a wealth of experience in the areas of yoga and CrossFit and each class is engineered to benefit CrossFit athletes.
