What defines CrossFit Bearden is the quality of coaching and development of our athletes both inside and outside of the gym. We work with our athletes to help them live healthy lifestyles through community fitness, solid nutrition, and healthy habits.

Through one hour a day of exercise 3-5 days a week, along with a clean diet of meat, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar we are helping our athletes live healthy lifestyles and navigate away from the scourges of chronic disease.


Coach Lead

Our coaches are the highest qualified coaches in East Tennessee. We use this unique experience to offer a great learning and development environment to our athletes.

Each class lasts 1 hour and is coach led. All you have to do is show up and work hard. Our expert coaches will lead you through each class, from warm-up to cool down, providing feedback and analysis as well as helping each individual get the most out of each hour in the gym.

Workout Tracks

We offer 3 workout tracks that allow our athletes to get the best and most customizable workout for them. 

  1. Open: Our Open track is for individuals who have a desire to complete in the sports of CrossFit.

  2. Performance: Our performance track is designed for individuals who use CrossFit to benefit them in other sports or interests outside the gym.

  3. Fitness: Our fitness track is for our athletes who use CrossFit to stay in shape, and enjoy a healthy happy lifestyle.



Working out with others is fun. All of our classes are in a group setting, so even if you don't come with a friend, you will certainly leave with some. We are all here for the common goal to live a fit and healthy lifestyle and our community will push you to be the best version of yourself.

We offer small group classes that are inclusive to everyone. Our focus is quality over quantity. Using our own programming we provide maximum benefits to overall health and fitness within a one hour timeframe. Our workouts don't just allow for improvement within the walls of the gym, but provide benefits that will transfer to our life outside the gym.
