Class Structure

Each class lasts 1 hour and is coach led. All you have to do is show up and work hard. Our expert coaches will lead you through each class, from warm-up to cool down, providing feedback and analysis as well as helping each individual get the most out of each hour in the gym.

General Physical Preparedness (GPP)

Our programming is general, broad, and inclusive. We do not follow any cycles. We do 1 workout per day that will benefit your every day living. Our programming not only improves your performance in the box, but allows you the many advantages of a fit and healthy lifestyle. Whether playing with grandkids or carrying groceries, our GPP programming will benefit you.



Working out with others is fun. All of our classes are in a group setting, so even if you don't come with a friend, you will certainly leave with some. We are all here for the common goal to live a fit and healthy lifestyle and our community will push you to be the best version of yourself.

Using our GPP programming we provide maximum benefits to overall health and fitness within a one hour timeframe.
