These are questions we have all had at before starting CrossFit. Walking through the doors is one of the hardest things many of us have done.
Our main goal with our Fundamentals Course is to make sure you are safe and comfortable with what we do and excited to be a part of our amazing community.
Each class will be broken down as follows:
Discussion: How can CrossFit help us be fitter and healthier.
Workout of the Day (WOD)
Nutrition: because working out coupled with solid nutrition is the key.
5x1 hour classes + 2 Weeks of Regular Class.
