These are questions we have all had at some point. Walking through the doors is one of the hardest things many of us have done.
Our main goal with our Fundamentals Course is to make sure you are safe and comfortable with what we do and excited to be a part of our amazing community.
Our Fundamentals Course is done on a one on one or small group setting. Our Fundamentals Course guides athletes through the movements, methodology and mechanics of what we do within our regular classes.
5x1 hour classes that can be done on a one on one or small group basis.
Each Fundamentals class is broken into the following elements:
Discussion: We provide information on the benefits of CrossFit and why we do what we do.
Skill Work: This is where we break down the fundamental movements that we use throughout CrossFit.
WOD: This is the ‘Workout of the Day’. Each day is different and designed for a different purpose.
Nutrition Talk: Just as important as the workout we discuss the importance of good nutrition and our take on this.
After these 5 Fundamentals classes you get 2 weeks of regular class integration.
