Every workout is different. Our aim is to be as well rounded as possible. We use metabolic conditioning (cardio), gymnastics, and weightlifting in as many variations as possible
Our movements can be applied to the world outside our doors. Jumping, throwing, pulling, and pushing. All these movements can be applied to what we do inside and outside of the gym.
