Great, we also do a sweat Intro also. Same consult we just throw in a workout at the end.
If you plan on doing this show up in comfortable workout attire and bring some water.

What Happens after the Intro Class?
Once you have tried our Intro class the next step is our Fundamentals Course which dives into more detail and further prepares you for entering our regular class. As with the Intro Class the goal of the Fundamentals is safety and to provide you with the necessary information required to feel as comfortable as possible entering our regular classes.
