We also believe that nutrition is the single biggest factor when it comes to health and fitness. Without a solid base of nutrition all other factors affecting health and fitness are negatively impacted.
The CFB Nutrition Program is here to help you refine your nutrition, stay on track, and be accountable for everything that goes into your body.
Forget the Fads
In a world where everyone wants everything immediately it can be easy to do the same with our nutrition. Fad diets or short term diet plans can offer results, but only in the time that you stay on them.
We do not use the term diet, we prefer 'lifestyle choice'.
The CFB Nutrition Program puts you in a place where you can manage your nutritional consumption easily, make allowances at the right times, and best of all, maintain this for the rest of your life.

The CFB Nutrition program works on an individual basis. We work with each individual to provide them with a baseline for macronutrients (proteins, carbs and fats) that can be consumed on a daily basis.
Monitoring the amount and the quality of what we put in our bodies makes all the difference for overall performance.
Using a tracking app we work with individuals to input their daily food and drink in order to guarantee the individual is getting the right amount of macronutrients per day to fuel them.
Who is this for?
The CFB Nutrition Program is included in our regular membership for all our members. Our nutritional program is for anyone who wishes to get a handle on the food/fuel that is going into their bodies.
Whether looking to loose weight, gain weight, perform better in the gym, or feel better in everyday life, the CFB Nutrition Program works on an individual basis to provide you with all the tools you need to get the results you want.
